Diet Chef choose Rosewell House for new HQ

 

Acting on behalf of Scotmid, joint agents Ryden and Cushman & Wakefield are delighted to announce the first letting at Rosewell House, Connect Business Park, Edinburgh to Diet Chef, hot on the heels of the building’s completion.

Diet Chef, who specialise in the preparation of calorie-controlled hampers, has taken 245 sq m (2,641 sq ft) for five years at £17 per sq ft.
